Studio Session
I have two options for sessions at my studio….the Private Session and then the Portrait Event session.
A Private Session is where you choose several themes/types of photography for our time together. I offer half hour, hour and two hour private sessions, and then also several specialty private sessions, such as Newborn, Pregnancy, Baby Bits and First Birthday Cake Smash. Please lower down on this page for descriptions of each type of session.
A Portrait Event session is where you select your favorite single theme from my Upcoming Portrait Events Calendar. I offer almost every theme I do as a Portrait Event at least once a year. Most of my Portrait Events run for two weeks. Portrait Events feature special pricing so that you can fill your walls as affordably as possible!
During our consultation, whether it be in person, phone or email, we can decide which types of portrait sets or themes you would like to me to prepared for your session.
Below are the descriptions and session fee pricing for each type of session, including my specialty sessions. I also now feature the Watch Me Get Cuter and Cuter plan for Baby’s First Year, and then the Watch Me Get Bigger and Bigger plan for your 9 month pregnancy.
Session Fees for Regular Private Sessions
The Half Hour Session
The half hour session is designed for one cute theme or type of photography. Great for just getting the one type of portrait you have your heart set on.

The Hour Session
The hour session allows for plenty of time for a family session with all the multiple poses and combinations or to request the popular Baby Bits series. If you are hoping to do themes instead, then we usually can fit in 2-4, depending upon the themes.

The Two Hour Session
My most popular session is my two hour session, which means you can fit in even more themes/types of photography for a total of 5 or 6 different sets/scene changes.... this is perfect for doing perhaps a family session and a couple of themes. This session is always recommended for those with children under 3, allowing you to have a little downtime for soothing, feedings & diaper changes.

Session Fees And Information for Portrait Event Sessions
There are two types of portraits events... my regular Portrait Events and then my Signature Portrait Events.
Both types of events are offered during a special time period, with a special session fee that is normally less than my normal session fee, as well as promotional pricing for packages and a la carte.
My normal Portrait Events vary throughout the year, offering an opportunity to come for that one theme you have had your eye on or the one your little one has been begging to come do. Some examples are my Sushi Event, Spaghetti Pot Event, Little Firefighters Event, Arghhh! Pirates Event, How Does Your Garden Grow Event, etc. I have a ton that I rotate to make sure that your walls are full of cute portraits! Session fees for my regular portrait events are $50.
The Signature Portrait Events feature my most elaborate themes, always perfected by our “magical” post production work. These events, such as my Mermaids Under The Sea, Fairies In The Forest, Let's Go Fishing as well as my Sandman Event and Bunnies, Ducks and Chicks Event fill up fast, so I recommend booking in advance for them. Session fees for my Signature Portrait Events are $75.
Due to their popularity, I will often offer some of the same holiday Portrait Events each and every year, but for the families that come to me year after year, I ALWAYS design and offer a new scene as I always want them to have a new theme, particularly for Christmas. Some families that have been with me from the start have now done 10 years in a row of differently themed Christmas cards with me!
